Darren Moore has praised Blades defending. That’s a boost for our side with the best goal difference in the league.
    Great attacking side.

    I wonder if Cyrille agrees.

Well we were poor, full backs in particular.

Holgate's crosses failed to clear the first defender time and again.

    Hegazi will be missed.

    A night to forget.

Henderson keeps a clean sheet against free scoring Albion at the Hawthorns.

^^Yeah, well that was the story of the game, not attacking flair from Sheffield.

    Guess you're just finding out.

    Hahaha.
Ipswich town fan started a GoFundMe thingy to pay the 3 grand fine of Paul Lambert, their shitty thug manager.
So a Norwich fan started a GoFundMe campaign to raise money (minimum of 3 grand) for a part of the local Norfolk & Norwich hospital.
    A worthwhile cause.
The NCFC guy got to his required amount in 24 hours.
    Inc donations from Ipswich fans.
The ITFC guy is up to 35 quid....
    Hahaha

Started a half time melee at the Carrow Rd derby two weeks ago. Got himself sent off and a member of Norwich's coaching staff. He was banned a further two matches and fined 3k.
Both teams got fined 20 & 25k each for failing to control their players & staff.
Both incidents at half time and full time were results of nasty (possible straight red) Ipswich tackles.
After what Lambert did at NCFC in 09-11, he had a lot of respect and goodwill still at the club.
His antics, and his comments post match that weekend, lost him all that. And more.
The next time him or one of his teams (if ever) rocks up at Carrow Road he's in for some serious grief.
As for the next ITFC derby (hopefully not for many many years) it will get feisty.

Prior to Farke, the last Norwich coach was another Scot, Alex Neil, now manager at PNE.
A good coach, a nice and humble, intelligent man.
The difference between him and Lambert is staggering.
For a start, we can all understand what he says when he talks.
    Lambert's is a foreign language.
One on the up, the other on the slippery slope down.
Could'nt happen to a nicer tosser.

That Lambert is still employed as manager of football teams is one of life's great mysteries.

Watch live on Sky Sports Football from 7pm on Friday night.

    Last Updated: 28/02/19 10:32pm

Leeds will be unchanged for their Sky Bet Championship match with West Brom at Elland Road on Friday night.

Boss Marcelo Bielsa confirmed he would name the same starting XI as their defeat at QPR on Tuesday, despite them losing 1-0 at Loftus Road.

Hal Robson-Kanu and Jacob Murphy will be assessed by West Brom boss Darren Moore after the pair missed their defeat by Sheffield United last Saturday.

Ahmed Hegazi was forced to go off in that match but he should be fit for the trip to their promotion rivals.

    Opta stats

This will be the first league meeting between Leeds and West Brom at Elland Road since January 2007, when the Baggies won 3-2 in a second-tier clash.

West Brom have won each of their last three games against Leeds in the Championship, scoring at least three goals on each occasion.

Leeds have registered more than 50% possession in each of their last 20 Championship matches at Elland Road - the last team to have a greater share than the Whites were Bolton Wanderers in March 2018.

    Leeds vs W Brom

West Bromwich Albion have won eight of their last nine away Championship games (L1), including the last four in a row; they haven't won five away league games in a row since April 2002.

Leeds have lost five of their last 10 Championship games (W4 D1), having lost just three of their first 24 under Marcelo Bielsa this season.

West Brom striker Dwight Gayle has scored in all three of his league appearances against Leeds, netting four goals, including three at Elland Road.

    Prutton's prediction

It would have come as a blow to Leeds knowing that they could have started this game on top of the table, but they didn't take their chance to beat QPR on Tuesday night.

West Brom will also be reeling from the blow of losing at home to Sheffield United last week. They have struggled at The Hawthorns lately, though, and will probably be happy to be back on the road. That being said, I fancy Leeds to just about edge this one.

    David Prutton predicts: 2-1 ()

I see the Albion players were promised 10 million pounds pre-season if they get promoted. No wonder they keep bottling it when they've had a chance to move into the top 2

News to me, and it seems very unlikely.

This linked story is all about West Brom's finances when this offer is presumably supposed to have been made...

So I call 'bullshit' on that claim.
