bouncin'.! 3-2 against the Baggies c'mon you Saints.!
Although it's at the other end of the scale, there was a decent article in the Guardian yesterday on the meeja faves, Spurs, that opined similar feelings. If the game isn't solely to be the propaganda wing of oil billionaires and despot states, you've gotta hope that Spurs get the trophies their current squad deserves on the back of Levy's reluctance to spend stupid money (they won't, of course, because Spurs are Spurs).
That said, all of the Prem have done very well from the TV deals, but you do sense that merely being in the Prem is the aspirations of most given the disparity between the top 6 and the rest.
I see Mick O' got 3 assists last night.
I cant help thinkin Jose has mismanaged there.
He wouldnt make a bad squad player but saying that Pogba and Martial were warming the bench yesterday.
So yeah i guess you're right.
Reminds me a bit of Di Maria who i thought was also class on occasions
I agree that he'd make a good squad player, but it's an upgrade and a guarantee of a proven world class talent in the Prem, pretty much, isn't it?
As for Pogba, we played Spurs the other night - or at least did for the first 35 mins - and were taken to the cleaners. Partly because Pogba still does his own thing and is unwilling to defend.
Glad the cnut was told to sit it out yesterday - might let him know he is mortal - because as a centre midfielder you have to track back. We were taught this at school, for fuck's sake. Go wherever you want, pretty much, but make sure you get back to protect the defence.
It was a shit performance, but Pogba's reluctance to do the dirty work is gonna be exposed time and time again unless he gets reined in.
^Ouchy.
He shoots, he misses.
AKA Doing a Sterling.
He's the new Cantona
Deluded fookers..
Comment oses-tu!
Be gentle, I don't have time to follow football and I follow other sports.
Who here on the board follow La Liga?
Losing 4-1 to Watford. Tough night to be a Chelsea fan.
Just as well Chitty switched from Chelsea to Man City a few seasons ago.
Saints have bounced out of the relegation zone and I'm feeling a little optimistic now that we might just hang in there by our fingertips.
39 points should see us safe and we now have 26, so we need13 points from the final 12 games to see us finish 14th in the table or there abouts. What do you think, is 13 points possible from these games..?

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
You can take solace in the fact they'll be the richest Championship club in history.
You should beat Manchester Dhabi, because they'll have bought the league by then and will rest all their big name players if they are in a cup final.
Winter break moves closer for Premier League
The Premier League has warned broadcasters that a winter break could be introduced before 2022 as it works with the FA to bring the English game into line with the rest of Europe.
The Times has learnt that the prospect of a winter break is referenced in the tender documents that have been sent to potential broadcast partners for the upcoming sale of domestic TV rights for 2019 to 2022, the results of which are due to be announced next week.
