Manchester City sign Aymeric Laporte in club record £57m deal from Athletic Club
Titter titter guffaw guffaw
Exactly what they need too, the koonts.
Wenger seems to have leaked that the deal is done to buy Aubey.. Aubem.... Aumeb.... that bloke from Gabon.
Which is nice considering he could have played Stevie Wonder at centre half or in goal last night and he would have done a better job.
The goalkeeper issue in particular is just comical.
I see Chelsea are getting Giroud for slightly more money than West Brom were preparing to pay for Troy Deeney.
Aubymenyanmangangwhateverisnameis is now offical.
And it appears Ozil has penned a new deal.
And supposedly there is still a sniff of a soon-to-be-out-of-contract Schalke playmaker.
And Giroud to Chelski.
I've never known a busier window. Wenger's last?
Oh how the other half live... meanwhile if Saints can't beat Brighton at home tonight we're looking at the very real prospect of relegation, already second from bottom of the table and worst performance in all leagues some stats say.. incredible really when you think of what could have been with so many star players.
Have to hope new striker Carrillo can put a few away... c'mon Saints
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!"
Yeah, West Brom vs Saints next weekend is a six pointer for sure.
Another high possession and scoring game from the only team to come from Manchester.
City 3 WBA 0

The Blue moon keeps getting bigger and rising higher..
Quickest goal of the season by Tottenhams Ericsson in 11 seconds against Manure Utd was mint
Only half a second slower than Ledley Kings in the history of the premier league.
The Sanchez Jonah saga continues..
Mouriniho is rumoured to be in talks with a publisher, the book will be titled " Another book of excuses"
What a result for Bournemouth banging three past Chelsea away.

Eriksen was class yesterday. Chelsea and Man U both looking disjointed.
Pogba was fucking horrible.
Theo Walcott was pretty damn good for Everton also.
Swansea looking good now, might miss the drop.
Wonder what the odds are on Man Utd qualifying for the Champions league?
The super moon was amazing last night
1-1
The players aren't playing for the club, or the manager and I don't think they're even prepared to get themselves out of the the shit, thinking that relegation will see them sold or released from the club.
The blame for such a collapse of fortunes has to be placed squarely on Les Reed :witch_hunt:
Similarly, Huddersfield Town are currently in free-fall mode after all the hubris of last year. Don't know where the next win is coming from on current form. Other teams have them sussed already; mark play-maker Aaron Mooy out of the game and it's all over. They will struggle to stay in the EPL playing like this.
Playing open attacking football on Huddersfeld's budget is tough. That's why the future of football, unless the big boy's spending is reined in, is more and more going to be two teams occupying one half of the pitch.
What happened to the much trumpeted 'financial fair play'?
