Seattle's weakness tonight became very clear: Russell Wilson isn't kicking field goals for them

I watched the game on and off (was a little busy).

I haven't looked up the stats but it seems almost all of the big gains on the ground came from Wilson.

Ifedi was bad (again). He got schooled.

I still like the team, but yeah, their weaknesses (and injuries) are plain to see.

The Eagles come to Seattle on December 3rd.

That fake field goal play cost them. Pretty uncharacteristically boneheaded

The game was lost due to field goals. The last one was just a few feet short. The coaches made a shitty call at the end of the second quarter by faking the field goal. That was stupid. If they would have just kicked that it would have went to overtime.

    I agree.

Just be careful playing the "what if" game on this thread though. A certain poster should be along shortly to tell you why San Dimas High School Football rules.

^ Well all things considered I think our D played as good as can be expected considering that Shaq Griffin our starting corner left the game almost right away. Maxwell and Lane did pretty ok in my eyes. We were in it to the the end and RW did what he need to do to get us into a spot to tie the game. He could not have done more really.

In some ways it pains me to say it because I dislike the guy from a personality standpoint, but its pretty obvious he should be in strong consideration for league MVP this year. Seattle would probably have 2 or 3 wins under their belt this season were it not for him. He just does it all for that team, and his confidence in his abilities no matter the odds is really something that is off the charts.

I do not think that there is anyone even close.

It is really amazing. He is someone who can really be the greatest QB the league has ever seen.

if the MVP vote were held today, it would either be wentz then brady.....wilson probably wouldn't crack the top 5.

not saying he's not having a very good year...but there's no way he's the MVP.

Yes, people are bitching about Pete's judgement.

    I've been a fan since 1976.

Come on, you know better. "Like" does not mean "bandwagon." It's my opinion about what I think about the teams capabilities.

    As in "like"

The game was lost due to field goals. The last one was just a few feet short. The coaches made a shitty call at the end of the second quarter by faking the field goal. That was stupid. If they would have just kicked that it would have went to overtime.
The game was lost to a few reasons (as always).

The no call on the deep ball to Diggs was friggin’ criminal. They did everything they could to keep Detroit in that game.

if that is called it ends the gm. back judge had his hand ready to pull it out, then rethought it. bs

the unsportsmanlike on keenum was equally bs. the DLineman rolling around in mocking fashion was the target, but, no, that would make too much sense.

Seattle v. Philly is interesting so far. Getting close to half-time.

Like Seattle does we took over the game in the second half. Dominating the Eagles. Too bad the Cards could not have given us a little help by beating the Rams.

^ Indeed he did against the best D line in the league no less. This was a very impressive win for such a wounded team.

Yes, Seattle gets hot in the second half.

Agree Ray, that RW deserves consideration for MVP.

Offensively, it's not the Seattle seahawks, but the Russel Wilson show.
