Seattle is looking for an O-lineman.

The Seahawks are working out Brandon Albert, who had a terrible PFF rating last year at a rating of 42.

Hawks are also interested in Duane Brown who has been holding out in Houston.

Seattle is coming into a few pretty easy games here. Even with these problems, a 5-2 start wouldn't be surprising.

Yes, this year they have an easier schedule this year, although there have been some unexptected wins this year around the league.

Sean McVay is only 30 and is getting lots of accolades for what he's doing in LA. Wade Phillips is DC is said to be doing a great job.

I've seen 2 Rams games.

We may be hearing about the Rams in the coming years if they draft well.

In other news my Seahawks looked great. Big plays on both side of the ball we move to 4-2 with three straight wins. Now we have the next two games at home.
