Oh so STL has been a perennial playoff contender for years? It "has happened"? "The end"?

    LMAO.

Meanwhile back here in reality they've won one decent game and you're masturbing furiously about it.

Don't let facts get in the way of your opinion Sam. I know you won't

Oh hey I'll look forward to seeing you more as the season goes along. Or less, you know, depending on whether you are creaming your pants that week over imagined mental victories.

Still butthurt all this time later huh gnat? Its not gonna change though. No comments on a sports team are gonna change the humiliation you still feel. It'll just linger the longer you hold onto it.

    Ray,

You seem to have a hard-on against the Cards, or perhaps Redhaze.

You still have not told us what team if any, you support.

If you don't have a team, just say so.

errr...interesting way to put it...but the cards are crap this year (and last year) and have been a mediocre franchise for years, and watching someone breathlessly defend them despite all evidence proving their crappiness and mediocrity is amusing.

samsara knows exactly which buttons to push to make redhaze fly off the handle.

and redhaze is still upset that i called him out on posting racist images on the forum and can't seem to let it go. whatever.....at least he seems to have stopped posting racist images.

    back to football....

jay cutler threw for 92 yards on sunday.

good thing he has has experience in this "exact system".

You've mentioned Cutler at least twice and I've responded both times. Your implying (correct me if I'm wrong) that Kaepernick should have been picked up by Miami.

To say it again - for the umpteenth time.

The fan base has a significant number of Cubans / Cuban Americans who booed Kaep a year and a half ago. They despise him still.

Teams are conscious of their fan base. Also, to repeat again, after Kaep's GF posted a racial tweet of Ray Lewis hugging Ravens owner Bisciotti as a slave hugging his master, the Ravens backed out of signing him.

Miami - never had a chance.

Baltimore - the potential deal was killed by the racial (actually, racist) tweet.

    Get over it.

Arizona Cardinals trade a conditional draft pick to the Saints For Adrian Peterson… They also cut Chris Johnson.

Gnat's only has two posts here. One involves his ongoing butthurt about the miserable beatdown I put on him in a totally unrelated thread. The other one is his weird obsession with Colin Kaepernick.

I really don't think he watches football honestly

    Surprise! Surprise! On that one....

Maybe some personal issues behind the scenes with AP and the Saints were part of the reason?

I’m not so sure he’s their answer. Their Oline probably won’t be able to open the holes that he needs to make any noise. I obviously have a soft spot for the guy, but I think his highlight days are in the past. If you’re not getting that initial hole to give him any kind of running lane , you’re probably going to see the 3 yards-per-carry AP.
Definitely a step up from Chris Johnson, though.

Really thought Minnesota was going to make a move to bring him back, after losing Cook, but in retrospect, I’m glad they didn’t. McKinnon and Murray should do fine, in sharing the load until Cook gets back next year.

God, Bradford looked sad last night, did he?

i saw a pretty good headline yesterday...

peterson demoted from saint to cardinal.

anyway, it's a safe bet that adrian peterson will soon be joining emmitt smith in the arizona cardinals hall of fame. no seriously, emmitt smith is in the arizona cardinals hall of fame

This is what may have sunk the millionaire Castro follower. Not only stirring the racial pot but completely incorrect:

Ray Lewis was discussing hiring Kaep with the Ravens owner and coaches.

    And then....

This tweet was posted by Kaep's famous girlfriend, Nessa.

Acquating Ray Lews with a slave who is hugging Ravens owner Bisciotti who is portrayed as a slave master. Kaep's GF just happens to be black.

    Back to footy.

Here is Brock Huard's "Chalk Talk" where takes a TD play onto the board with the Xs and Os. Unfortunately, this time he did not show the video of the play.

But here it is. Russel's TD throw to Graham on the whiteboard.

These are fair points. Johnson was looking old and slow this year, so AP can't hurt. Plus I think NO is paying most of his salary this season and all they gave up was a late round draft pick. Its kind of like a "why not" type of situation really

ARI has looked like crap since opening day. its not injs. they let too many go from the D, palmer is done (and massively overrated to begin with), and they have only 1 viable WR. also, the lines are nothing special even when 100% healthy.

its called extrapolation. the rams have looked above avg in every gm theyve played. ARI has looked like crap outside of 2-3 QTRS. Goff has matured significantly. palmer is done and ARI has no backup. hmm...which team is better suited to compete going forward? rams are 2nd in the div by default.

    Bwahahahaaha. Oh Sam, sam, sam.

I'll look forward to your math on that one.

Seahawks have streamrolled for years and the Rams are infamous for going 8-8 every year. Their defense was tough and that kept them in games for most years. And the Cardinals have balled out the entire time with the exception of last year. Last year was the only year the division was down in the entire time frame you mention.

    That just don't add up.

You really are just notorius for saying stuff to try and prove some lame point, it just makes me laugh sometimes. Thanks for the chuckle on that one, that was above average.

What has any coach that hasn't won the superbowl in the past five years done? If your answer is nothing, ok fine. Not gonna agree with you, but that's a fair opinion.

Let's get down to it though: you're just another hater talking shit. I know it, you know it. You have no point whatsoever, and you don't even believe what you type.

Here's an interesting coach case study:

Jack del Rio has been an NFL coach for 14 years, barely has managed an above .500 record, has never been to the superbowl, has won one playoff game (a worthless wildcard game), and has not won his division as a coach one single time.

He's now the coach of the Oakland Raiders. The Raiders have done dick in two seasons with him at the helm and are an uninspiring 2-2 so far this year.

    Thoughts Sam?
