    The 171st Manchester derby

Manchester City will be without captain Vincent Kompany, who suffered a recurrence of a calf injury against Dynamo Kiev in midweek.

Fellow defender Nicolas Otamendi, who picked up a dead leg in that game, will be assessed ahead of Saturday's match.

United's Ander Herrera is a doubt with a groin problem that forced him to miss the Europa League clash with Liverpool.

Ashley Young and Cameron Borthwick-Jackson have both returned to training after injury and could feature.

Both City and United will be without their captains for the Manchester derby.

Joe Hart and Raheem Sterling: Manchester City Players to Miss 3 to 4 Weeks With Injuries, Coach Says
Goalkeeper Hart and midfielder Sterling each sustained "muscle injuries" in Manchester City's loss to Manchester United on Sunday, coach Manuel Pellegrini said.

That's my bet down the pan.

The bookies are not even offering me to cash out any more, the last offer was for £1.69p

LVG is now claiming credit for Southampton win against Liverpool because Man U tired the scousers out in midweek.

Rashford only got in the side due to injuries and now he's saving LVG. Mourino should be so lucky.

^Informing the manager, team and fans mid-season that Pelligrini is going to be replaced during a 3-cup campaign hasn't inspired Citeh like it should have done, eh?

Yeah, I'd have thought chitty would have toned down the hubris a little.

    Christ but demichellis was crap.

Time to bring Paul Power out of retirement.

^If Kompany ain't playing, neither are Citeh. All the money they have tried to paper over the big gap has been wasted thus far.
