Hayne signs first major US sponsorship deal
Hayne has made the 46 for the season opener....
DeAndrew White and Mike Davis are inactive......
Hayne is active and will be returning punts against Minnesota.
What is considered an average/normal amount of punts per game?
^ Well that is hard to say. I would say a common score would be 28-14 or something like that. Anything over 28 points is a high scoring game. Scores with A final score of say 14-7 would be considered a defensive battle.
Cheers mate, but punts as in kicks...
Not punts as in typo of "points" (or actually even "points" said in a Kiwi accent and pronounced 'punts' )
He can look to receive 3 or 4 on average
They are showing NFL games live in oz,Hayne is good advertising.

Not really a whole lot of opportunities is it. Especially when you consider what's at stake.
Here is an interesting chart documenting scoring over the years.
NFL Season By Season Scoring Summary | Pro-Football-Reference.com
They have been showing them for years, I watched the NFL week in week out when I lived in Australia in the late 80's.
I chat to a guy all the time who watches religiously....
It's got nothing to do with Hayne....
The only thing that he has added is the fact that someone there was looking at buying the rights to the Niners games only.....
Reggis Bush just limped off.....if that's the case Jarryd Hayne becomes number 2 RB.....
Hayne just misjudged a punt and fumbled the ball. A major and inexcusable blunder. Viking recover and are in winers territory.
Oops. The aussies first touch results in a fumble recovered by Vikings.
^ We will have to see if he gets another chance in this game. Winers will be punting often I am guessing.
Oops indeed!Originally Posted by Norton
Coincidentally I just read an article where some coach or other said that Hayne would experience emotions in his debut x2 greater than anything he had ever faced in rugby at any level.
Nobody does sports hyperbole like the Yanks but maybe he was right.
^^^^^ Hey bsnub you moron, we get it already, you're a Seahawks fan.

Niners running game looking good so far, Hyde taking big chunks or yardage during the first half...
Hayne in the game at Running Back.
Geeting more time that I would have expected....just caught a swing pass for 7 yards (14 YAC)
Maybe but no one i've talked to has ever watched it.Originally Posted by Bobcock
Caught his second punt, 10 yard return, flag down...... gonna repeat it...so that's off the books....
No...not maybe.... fact! That package you highlighted is not a new introduction because of Hayne.....Originally Posted by bobo746
