Liverpool turn down £30 million Manchester City bid for Raheem Sterling.

Liverpool have rejected a projected £30 million offer from Manchester City for Raheem Sterling, the unsettled England forward.

City made their move this week, offering a guaranteed £25 million, plus £5 million in potential future payments, but the offer was firmly turned down.

The Merseyside club value Sterling at more than £50 million and maintain that they will not consider selling for less than that sum.

To lose by not one but 2 goals and not score is the nail in van Gaals crate to Rootendam, one nil fluke, 2-1,3-1 at least a goal for the fans who while many live in Shanghai,Bournemouth or Smoke-on -rent even imagine having lost to the Potters AND have to return home to Wythenshawe
