A good sponsor for them. Wonder how long into the season they will start breaking down, have parts recalled, and be worthless at the end of the year?

I think it will be a different story this season with Van Gaal at the helm. Moyes went into the job too softly, and didn't get the respect of the players. That won't be the case with Van Gaal, havinv aleady managed 'big' clubs, and what appears to be a successful World Cup with Holland.

Damn straight. Van Gaal will upset all those big stars straight away, Van PurseStrings will love him and be teachers pet, and the rest will all want rid.

    Can't wait.

Perhaps the idea is to park a bus in front of the goal next season.

Well, with Man U's easy start to the season, the other clubs should be playing this...

I'm only really interested in talking about the top teams.

Hope there will be more news about them soon.

The article says it: Van Gaal is the master of substitutions.

But this is the World Cup, not Merchandise United in the premier league.

    Just you wait and see.

Mind you, it would be fkin funny if Van Gaal bought Huntelaar....

Think his first priority will be central defenders with both Ferdinand and Vidic having departed. Jones, Smalling and Evans are all decent, but I think Van Gaal will be looking for proven class. Hummels?

^^ Stoke have made some good buys, I have to admit.

    That Bardsley's a hard bastard.

    Should fit right in.

There will be another new kit soon anyway?

Nike will next year end a kit supply deal with Manchester United dating back to 2002 because the American sportswear firm does not believe renewing it makes commercial sense. Reuters
However, Nike has insisted it is still in discussions with United over extending their agreement. DailyMail

    OK Southend United.

The manager, appreciating the club got nowhere last season because the strikers basically didn't strike very much, has scoured the country looking for people who score goals.

So far he has signed a midfielder and a striker from the youth team, and now a defender from Histon who started last season with Colchester but sat on the bench. There's a reason for that. No goal-less draws at Roots Hall next season!
I see fish. They are everywhere. They don't know they are fish.

Didn't they used to be sponsored by Audi? A bit of a come down that they are now sponsored by Daewoo.
