i've threaded it here because i can't see why anybody would subscribe if it weren't for the premier league coverage, but has anybody been billed yet?
i owe about 5 months already and they won't answer the telephone and the box still works and i'm planning to wake up at 2.45 tomorrow morning to watch more
is it free or something?
They cut me off on Wednesday. I owed them 3 months of viewing since the installation, but they never billed me or called to ask about payment. I had an additional cable installed a couple of weeks ago, and I asked the service guy about payment / billing and he just shrugged his shoulders..
They re-connected us yesterday, after we finally managed to get someone to answer the phone and send someone to collect payment. CTH seem to have all the business nous of an autistic gnat.

I've recieved a bill in the post every month since August.
I take it to the local CTH office and give them cash.
Each month it's a different person - none of the staff seem to like working there, and half the time when i go to pay the office is shut.
