    F1 2013 season

looks like Red Bull has a great car this year

Sunday should show things for what they are!

I think the race is at 1pm in Thailand

only one set of qualifying this year, so should be a scramble ( incorrect, they have all the same Qs, same same but different)

Typical Melbourne, just like blighty innit.

Yes Doc, I'm watching the qualifying.

Could possibly cancel it as the rain is pissing down and don't look like stopping.

    Bummer innit.

    It's not that.
Just rolling round in the wet doesn't make good TV.
F1 is about advertising, not racing really.
We only watch it for the crashes... unfortunately they seemed to have "nannied" those out now as well.
Stirling Moss said.. F1 was glamorous and exciting because it was dangerous, it's lost that now.
Falling asleep and waking up is not the same as passing out and coming to.

well, you got it right in the end, PP

a good result but probably anomalous

we will prob see Red Bull win a few, if the team can get their tactics right!

Hamilton was interesting in his new team car

The race in Malaysia was a comedy of errors!!

-Alonso out the first lap because a call was made to stay out even though he had a broken front wing.

-Hamilton stopping in the McClaren pit by mistake.

-Cars crashing into each other in the pit due to errors.

-Force India pulling out due to faulty wheel nut.

-McClaren pulling out the last lap because?

-Vettel ignoring team orders to turn down the engines at the end of the race to preserve the cars with Sebastian passing Webber.

-Webber calling out Vettel on the podium for passing while ignoring team instuctions.

-Rosberg telling Braun that he owes him one for staying behind Hamilton after also being told to turn down the engines to preserve fuel.

All in all a very, very interesting race. We will hear a lot over the next two weeks about the Red Bull, McClaren, Force India and Mercedes fiasco.

    1st Sebastian Vettel
    2nd Mark Webber
    3rd Louis Hamilton
