I see Kell Brook is having another go at getting slapped silly in a title fight.

I think he wants to get slapped silly by Golovkin or Spence again.

^Just keeping his name in the mix at Light Middle (154lbs), probably. Also saying he can get down to 14y easily. Brook wants the fight with Khan which will make them both a lot of money in the UK, but Khan is now saying he has a fight with Terence Crawford at Welter 147... If so, it might be Khan's last fight at any weight..

at only 21 seems he has a problem holding up the belts.

lomanchenko was brilliant with only a dozen pro.fights he now owns 3world titles.but as an amateur he did have 396 fights.

^^Lomachenko was made to work by opponent Pedraza for most of the 12 rounds. Had a big 11th though, putting his man down twice, and Pedraza doing well to last until the final bell.
Like all greats, he found another gear / something special when he needed it. Brilliant fighter.

Canelo Alvarez just announced that he will face Daniel Jacobs at Middleweight with the WBA, IBF, and WBC titles on the line. Fight scheduled for May 4th.

This is a nice surprise, (other than a rubber stamp with GGG), Jacobs is a dangerous, pure 160lb-er with heavy hands and at least the #3 Middleweight fighter right now. One to look forward to.


Khan v Crawford now official for April 20th also. Give Khan credit, he has never taken easy fights and has a stellar resume of opponents (and thus losses) so far, but will be a big underdog against Crawford who has a good claim to be to call himself the world's best fighter, not just Welterweight right now.
