Tour the France #100 begins tomorrow, and Eurosport will cover the whole 1th stage starting at 16:45 Bangkok time until 22:30. Nice course this year with many places never visited before, the first three days will be spent on the island of Corsica. The stages 2 and 3 are already seriously lumpy, the Tour arrives in the Pyrenees on the 06.07 for 2 stages, and on the 14.07 in the Alps for six stages. It never features the atrocities of the Giro and Vuelta with climbs of 25%+, but they're long. Stage 18 on 18.07 features the famous ascent to Alp d' Huez twice.
The favourites are the same line-up as in the amazing Vuelta last year, Contador, Froome, Rodriguez, and Valverde. While Contador has won every Grand Tour he entered since 2007 but one, he looked vulnerable in the races earlier this year, and it could be the Briton's Froome's first victory.
Eurosport covers every stage, most of them from start to finish. Here's a website with pleny of information and links to live streaming if you don't have Eurosport.
