There are only two European trophies, isnt it a bit greedy for just one Club to have both of them ?

Superb header to win the game by Ibramovic but otherwise they were very average.
Too much playing for fouls and not enough blood, sweat and tears.

I noticed that too Neo. I was hoping it would go to extra time. I only watched the second half.

I was following Frank Lampard cover every blade of grass. What a player he is. If that's his last season for Chelsea, they must be nuts and that curling dipping volley that hit the woodwork. I'd love to see him at Man U. He has a couple more years in him yet

Rumours are he's going to get another year. Which probably also means that Jose is all but a done deal. Jose would have been the one that insisted on it I reckon.

Frank is 35 next month. He's capable of another 3 years at the top and at earnings of 7.84m quid in 2012 he wont be quiting just yet.

He's scored 17 goals this season and it'll be difficult to find another midfield player of his extraordinary talent that could possibly match that. A wonderful player who will be sadly missed when he eventually decides to close the door.

Chelsea would be mental to sell Lampard. If ever a player has proven his worth it's Fat Frank.

Considering they were outplayed for most of the game, that was a great win. Especially as I backed them to win in 90 mins.

That's something that goes back to WHU days I believe, when he was a bit porky.

Breaking news.Frank Lampard and Chelsea FC have failed to reach agreement on Lampards contract extension.

Has been confirmed that Bruno Mars is being brought in as replacement.

no fee has currently been agreed to but he has been promised he can have the stadium for concerts when there is no football on.

Frank Lampard today signed a new contract for Chelsea, saying

"I want to thank Mr Abramovich for everything he's done in making the dream a reality. I love this club, the staff, the players and especially the supporters, who have treated me fantastically since the day I arrived.
