Appalling defence and referees who should be really called "Crowd Entertainment Officers?"

How many missed tackles in that piece? 20? 30? Handling errors 4,6,7?

    No thanks.

Nice to watch a scintillating piece of play, but the reason SH rugby is considered the best is because it usually wins.

It's a shame we never get to see the clubs face off. A short champions league tournament with the top clubs would be brilliant.

    Couldn't agree more mate.

I really enjoy watching the trans-european rugby with club teams from France and Britain playing some really sparkling rugby.

In fact I really believe it is terribly difficult for a national side to gel after being thrown together a month or so before a series.

I also believe most of the top club rugby sides could beat the national sides purely because of the fact they are a well drilled team that play together week in week out.

Internationally the teams in the SH are the best, the record proves that. They win.

Most SH people I know rarely if ever watch a NH game and yet they spout off about how poor it is.

Super 15 games played in wind and rain are very similar spectacles to the NH games....... we can't help our weather. As for piss poor defences and a 53-45 scoreline....you can keep it....

On ReUnion last week they were discussing just that with SANZAR head Greg Peters. Apparently the UK teams in particular are keen owing to increasing dissatisfied with the Heineken Cup.

Upshot was that it has been tabled for discussion but nothing would be done prior to 2015 (end of the current SANZAR broadcast deal) and the most significant impediment would be finding a viable window/schedule.

My opinion is the same as with music..... I want passion and tension......

I get all that from the 6 Nations.

When people waffle on about technical excellence in either my first thought is "What a boring prick"

I mean Emerson Lake and Palmer are probably technically excellent musicians but I'd much rather listen to The Adverts.......

The 3N has the 3 best International teams in the world, but does it give the passion, tension and excitement of the 6N.... not a fucking chance....

Technically this 6N has been a bit 'sub-standard', but it has been magnificent in the catergories I have listed. As LT points out the club game is healthy, but on this board he's probably the only one along with Ant that would know.....

Certainly Willy wouldn't know, he's busy watching Federer and Murray crush everybody in a Grand Slam for 10 days before the real business of the last 3 games...........

And you'd judge it based on one season, I paint with a broader brush.....

I take it the All Blacks won last year....... again........

Top 3 teams in the world, yet it's a surprise if New Zealand don't win it....

Not at all, everyone knows that the Trinations was the best comp in the world, bar none. And the Super 15s not far behind. Then State of Origin RL, then 6N. Sorry, that's just the way it is.

The addition of the Pumas is a gamble, not sold on it yet.

If you think Super 15 is close to test match rugby you really should stick to the AFL.

Your clip alone highlights how shit the defenses are...... Watch again and weep.....

    That's all rather subjective.

Innit funny how some bait, (the State of Origin Rugby League quip) doesnt get a nibble, then other lesser bait gets swallowed whole!
