    No one cares?

For god's sake let's have some enthusiasm! After being the whipping boys of the English Prem for years, the Minnows from Wigan are proving that they can not be taken for granted. Again today the beat the rich and famous, not by luck but by great skillful play and team work. No super stars no Arab billionaire owner

Come on there must be at least one other Soccer fan who can get excited about the small fry carving a patch out of the billionaire league.

One of Wigan's chosen few that Roberto Martinez. Doing a fine job on a shoestring atm.

Perhaps destined for greater things later and at only 39 has lots of time. Great being a manager when the fans and owner love you.

My umble apoliges for my North Americanism. Used be grimy, then they ruined everything and closed pits aant mills. Ard to be grimy when they keep cleaning place up.

As to Marty, himself and Moyes are possibly the best 2 managers in the league. Nice when the mega clubs with all their stars don't have it all their own way. Always had a soft spot for the Saints, they used to be the perennial survival team way back.
