Probably going against the mainstream here, but I'm now halfway through SEA3 of "El Chapo" and find it a far better series than "Narcos".

Will have to give that another go.

Watched the first episode around a year ago and found the production a bit lacking, think it was Mexican produced and then bought by Netflicks, so was quite Latin American in it's production.

Will put it on again, cheers.

^Just my opinion. Lots more action than "Narcos". The scope of his enterprise at its peak was staggering. Some nice looking ladies as well. It does have the obligatory faggot, but he's a politician so that's pretty much a given.

Thanks for the reminder. I had mesnt to DL it a week ago. Watching E2 now.... I love these big Civil Engineering projects. The one on Cross Rail was excellent also.

Turns out Extinction was another Studio failure that they sold to Netflix to cut their losses.

Directed by Ben Young, and co-written by the Oscar-nominated writer of Arrival, Eric Heisserer, Extinction has all the right pieces. It’s got a great cast, great writer, a promising director, and a solid story. It’s no wonder Universal Pictures was originally going to release it in theaters. But, at some point, Universal sold the film to Netflix, and instantly red flags went up. It turns out the studio made the right call.
