It means it was filmed in a cinema with an HD camcorder.
Look at the stills, they're shit.
I would wait for a decent copy. The first ones tend to come with Korean subs, followed within a week or so by the DVD.

Well I just tried that copy of Blade Runner from TPB.
Good news is that it's an exceptionally fast download. Bad news is even that was a waste of time, atrocious quality.
