Fuk man I hate both these characters:

Spent most of the time on "The Americans" annoyed with "Pastor Tim" & "Paige" ffs.

^Indeed. I just wanted to beat the fuck out of both of them from the beginning. I kept hoping, to no avail, that he'd get her pregnant.

Not one of my favorites. It was ok, and some parts like the prison interviews and case solving were quite good, but way too much time was spent on the nerdy young agent and his irritating girlfriend which detracted from what could have been a better series.

    American Made.

    Tom Cruise.

I suppose it was all right as a movie.
Reasonably entertaining, occasionally captivating, but, given that I know nothing of the actual politics and games that where played at that time it's hard to judge it's historical merit.

I'd be very interested to hear or read the opinions on our American friends.

as a typical TC adventure movie; 6/10

    over to you.

You lost me here. After a few Scientology documentaries featuring Tom Cruise's foking insanity I cant even look at the kunt let alone watch a movie in which he features.

Plus they ruined all the time I had in the Jack Reacher novels by putting that short mofo in the movie instead of a huge dude like The Rock

Nope on the latter, still looking.

The only serviceable one so far is half-covered with subtitles.

    What?

30Gb Bluray rip doesn't reach your exacting standards?

The 2.73 should be more than adequate.

I've looked at dozens. Either 3D, no subs for monkey talk, or language subs in the middle of the page. I have low standards, but I'd like to be able to view the movie as well as hear what's going on.

You don't know how to search and add subs?

    Pick the appropriate one here:

    https://www.yifysubtitles.com/movie-imdb/tt3450958

Download it and extract the .srt file.

Put the .srt file in the same directory as the movie.

(If required) change the *exact* name of the .srt file to that of the .mp4 (or whatever).

Then you should just be able to select the sub and, depending on what you're using to play, move it around, change the size and font, etc.

    Mr Mercedes. Finished ep2.

I could continue watching or just give up, either way I wouldn't be bothered.

3 episodes in and I feel much the same about 'Profugos'.

    I can't say it's poor...just a bit 'samey'.
