    TV is 'multimedia' isn't it?

I've just been watching a UK TV show, courtesy of the Pirate Bay. It's entitled 'Manhunt', where ex-Special Forces soldiers try to hunt down the best selling author & former SAS man, Andy McNabb. It struck me during the show, as Andy outwitted his trackers at every turn, why didn't the shows producers include a couple of Iraqis in the hunting team? They found him quickly enough the last time he played hide n' seek with them during the so-called 'Dessert Storm', back in 91'.

Well he did kill about 220 men before being caught and tortured and on the last page of the book he says that if he met his torturer again he would slot him.

And if I wanted to make a few quid outta my exploits, I'd cunningly embellish the tale a little to. I'd simply ask, where is the evidence? Even Chuck Norris doesn't kill that many in his movies.

Have you ever seen that Brit. movie, 'Carry on Follow that Camel'? The legendary US actor Sgt. Bilko (RIP) played the part of a Sergeant in the French Foreign Legion. He used to return from missions, whereupon he recounted his herioic encounters with the Riffs only to be richly rewarded each time by the camp commendant. In reality, Bilko was shacked up in the towns brothel enjoying the attentions of those Muslim girls. I sometimes think the war in Iraq is very much along the same lines & they are having a fine time over there.

I believe he played the part of the butler to Jim Dale, the gent who joined the Legion because he was accused of cheating during a game of cricket.

I believe Chuck Norris & the Delta Force were away on location shooting a movie at the time.
