  | Perfect timing DD! I've appeared to have got Azureus working spiffingly - I'm currently downloading at about 20+ kbytes/sec (about 1/3 of my 512 kbit/sec bandwidth). I think the problems I was having were due to not having enough sources of the torrents (I guess Filipino lesbian scat movies aren't too popular  )I'm currently downloading some 60's pop music and I've got 200 MB of a 2 GB torrent. Can't be bad. Pity about the Filipino stuff though.

| depends on the popularity of the torrent and other things.....if you run enough torrents you should be able to use your full bandwidth....at the moment I'm only downloading 2, so I'm getting about 20 kB/s, but if I was downloading 10 I might use my full 100 kB/s (or sometimes more  ) |

| I leach a lot from UK Nova. Get good speeds from there. Demonoid is ok some of the time. NOt sure if my ratio helps there or not. Other than that I never know where to look and can never me arsed either. |

| What port do you use ? I've just downloaded it and apparently I have a "Nat" error. I've done a bit of looking around on the net about the prob but am really still none the wiser |

| www dot portforward dot com Look for your router brand and model in the list, then in the next page list choose which application to forward ports for. You should be able to get enough guidance there. You will also need to specify the same ports in the app itself, obviously. Also, if you have a software firewall or the regular Windows XP firewall, you will need to grant the application access. Some firewalls will interfere anyway, so if it still doesnt work, try disabling the firewall temporarily in order to assess if that is the problem. If it is, download and install a new firewall. |

| Thanks for that SD. Tried that site, but dont even know what a router is or wether I've got one so it was no real use to me. I'm on satilite internet. I've tried disabling the firewall no luck |

| ^ yea got that and Utorrent. It connects but I can't recive any "stuff" When I do a test on the port (I've tried different ones) it say's I have a "NAT" error. I've done searches but it's all writen in computer speak and I have'nt a clue something to do with "port forwarding"
