    Downloading PS2 games

This might be a stupid question, but as I'm new to this concept I'd appreciate any direction. I want to download a few PS2 games so I can play them on my (modded) PS2. Is it as simple as download, burn to DVD-R, then play? Or is there something I'm missing?

Not at all. I have, in fact, just done this myself recently.

Quite a simple process really, simply download the torrent (presuming you're using torrents?), if it's a compressed file you'll need to extract it, burn to disk (I used Nero).

Downloaded Rugby '08 and it works perfectly.

Well, I've tried burning the game twice and it doesn't work in the PS2. I'm using Sonic, and selected "data disc" to burn it, but no dice. The game I downloaded was God of War 2, it's 3.48 gigs and shows up as an image file in the directory. What am I doing wrong?

Shit, sorry! Was going to come back and edit my post as well - you need to 'mount'/burn the iso. (or whatever it's called) image rather than just burn the file.

Glad to see you've got in sorted anyways. God of War 2, brilliant game! Just finished it myself recently.
