    The Office (US)

Just started watching the fourth season last week; the first two episodes have been excellent! Funniest sitcom on tv, imho.

Of course the British series was excellent too!

I think it's a good concept that could be done in many markets/cultures: the banal mockumentary that exposes the inanity, stupidity and absurdity of cubicle careers...

I have not given this a chance yet, saw 2 or 3 minutes and thought it was shit but the more people see it the more positive things i hear so i'll give it a proper chance.

It helps that Ricky Gervais is one of the executive producers on the show. I love it (love the British version as well), mainly because of Steve Carrell and the guy playing Dwight Schrute.

Yup, it's the fourth season and it's still the same cast, and they've got it down. Four have become Hollywood stars, so it's nice the original cast is still together.

The first episode starts off with the red-haired office alcoholic woman bouncing off Steve Carrall's character's windshield in the parking lot on the first day back to work on company property with a company car. Dwight accidentally freezes Sprinkles, his girlfriend's cat. The receptionist and the young guy are secretly, finally dating, etc...

This was a show I really didn't think I would like, but then I watched it and was pleasantly surprised.
