Anyone Know Of A Good Quality Overseas TV Program Service Online

I have heard that there are some "cable TV" provider companies online that provide high quality cable (I.E. sports, movies etc.) that can be watched on a computer with high speed internet.

Any suggestions. I do not want to waste money and pay for a poor service.

Tried TVU Player and was disapointed. I want to be able to watch NFL at home.

I tested my bandwidth and it was insufficient. Need 300 and mine was 221........
