Gary Oldman disappears into his portrayal of Winston Churchill as PM, taking office while an ascendant Hitler threatens to invade Britain during World War II.

VENOM — October 4

...saw this today. Oldman deserves the Globe he won for his excellent performance. The rest of the cast was little more than the usual suspects: Oldman stole the show completely. A far better movie, imo, than Dunkirk...

I downloaded and watched this last month. Thought it pretty good. It’s seven people who know each other too well in a house together.


Several up there I would like to see. The Shape of Water sounds interesting and I love del Toro’s movies. The Post, Gringo, and Bohemian Rhapsody too.

I'd like to see Oceans 8 when it comes out. An all female cast sounds great. Girl power!

I saw 'Stronger' which was very very inspirational and worth a watch.
I also watched, 'Lady Bird'. I enjoyed it, but it is a coming of age kind of girly film. A film your young female teenagers might enjoy.
