    ISO Files

I'm currently downloading a television series in one very large ISO file. This is an "image" of the contents of a DVD and I presume some kind of compressed format.

Does anybody know how to handle these files so that you can actually watch the contents as a video ?

    Watch on what?

If on your telly, burn a dvd from the .iso file.
If on your computer, open the file with WinRAR and extract the ISO content to a harddisk folder and play it from there using your favorite media player.

Just burn onto a DVD to watch on a normal player. If you want to watch on your computer you need to "mount" it first... use alcohol 120% if you're on windows

give to your DVD/CD burning software it'll know what to do. it is an "image" of the dvd/cd "Create from image" might be a menu choice or maybe even a simple double click on the file will open ready for burning.

the size of the ISO, if it's more than 5GB then it's a DVD9 and will need to be resized with a soft like DVDshrink or DVDrebuilder
