    Star Movies

This is Star, and you're watching... Star Movies.

That guy with the deep voice must have had hippie parents, I would sue my parents if they had named me Star.

Ok then, so lets talk about Al Jazeera - am I the only one who waspleasantly surprised and impressed at the quality and honesty of this news channel compared to the biased BBC and the laughable Fox and CNN?

You can't get Al Jazheera (except via the internet) in the US, because they're scared of educating their citizens.

Is the US the new Russia?

Maybe these days, but under Glasnost the media were quite free to report whatever.

I remember forming a pretty negative opinion of the Al Jazheera channel when living in the UK at the start of the Iraq war. Thats opinion was formed by the way the content of the channel was carefully manipulated and presented to influence how people felt at the time. Now I think the English langauge version of that channel portrays events more accuratley that all the others.
Aj Jaz english channel is available free to air via the Asiasat 3S satellite.

That would be funny as fuck if it wasn't soberingly true.
