From reading elsewhere, he was busted for accidentally downloading kiddy stuff. It was shown that he never even viewed the images - but the law makes no distinction - he got community service (from what I recall reading).

There is little doubt that he knows exactly what went down, and was possibly directly involved. Gossip has him with a very short lifespan unless he gets his ass out of Thailand.....

Lets put it this way, If the cops in Thailand have charged there suspects, nothing can happen in UK, until the UK decides to make its own investigation.

So mcAnna will be not questioned regarding the case, the papers so far have not published any statements from him, which i find very peculiar, Mcanna is involved in some way.

The Thai police should be questioning him though prefer not to do so, and i think we all no why, they couldn't wait to get him and the other Brits off the island.

I think he knew who it was and needed a scapegoat. It would have been enough for me to "hag myself" in order for them to point the finger at me. My sister directed me to a Thai forum from a week before this all happened which I didn't know about at the time. It said I would be framed and so would the guy living in the cave in Samui. So somebody knew about this before I did.

I had that wound from the 9th. There are plenty of people who seen me with the cut every day in restaurants, bars and dive shops. When I left the message on his facebook a few days after (When Dave's name was released), I only meant that I knew the type of person he was. He was a great guy who would stand against wrong in any situation.

My bad. I have no knowledge if he is in or out of Thailand. Perhaps I should have phrased better - his ass is grass unless he has gotten himself out of Thailand - or gets himself out of Thailand.

Frankly, I would think he is around somewhere - he can't be that swift if he has got himself mired in this situation...
