My wife hates the first two things mentioned but loves point number 3 so perhaps that might me an option. Mind you if I told her that a Nokia was 5,000 and a new iphone 14,000 I know she will go for the cheaper option. Just needing to make sure it does what she wants first. I actually think i saw that Nokia model a few days ago in the AIS shop in Ubon. My first thought was how ugly it was!
News is what someone, somewhere is trying to suppress - everything else is just advertising.

She would regret that. Those Nokias have Windows O/S. and will give her a massive headache after she's been used to how easily the iPhone interacts with a Mac.

That's a problem. iTunes is shite and doesn't want to link to anything... You can make everything link to IPple in theory, but it's not gonna be smooth, it's gonna be grief and you're gonna wish you hadn't bothered... The Sonys come with specific software to link to iPple and download/transfer from iPple devices; but, I doubt it works seamlessly...

You can't really go from iPhone to a budget phone. Treat her, get her a new iPhone,

Or just buy a new battery for her old one, theyre only a few hundred baht

She has only had the old iphone (my hand me down) for a few weeks before the battery starting playing up. As I mentioned before 'treating her' on a new iphone is a waste of money- she doesn't like phones and 25,000 baht on a new one would actually upset her

Can you do that? The store she took it too said it was impossible. It is an original iphone 3.

They can be replaced but it's a pain due to Apple's cynical efforts to ensure you have to replace it much sooner than you would a phone from a decent company.

Then you're in luck , because sex with a Nokia is not obligatory, you can just use it to make phone calls and stuff.

There was a thread on here a while ago about how to ' root ' a Samsung.

https://teakdoor.com/computer-news/13...y-samsung.html (Tell me how to root my Samsung S4 mini)

Really, these days there is no limit to peoples sexual deviations

Thanks everyone for their help. Went to an independent shop in Ubon and paid 800 baht for a new battery.

    So far so good.

If you want to retain your provider (dTac in my case) shouldn't you buy what they're selling? (I think it's Samsung)
