I'm sure people have seen lots of his stuff so there might be some interest in this.

Someone has been uploading all of his No Reservations and Parts Unknown series to youtube.

There's a few to whet your whistle. I watched the first one last night. The quality of the uploads isn't great in a lot of cases, but watchable at least.

I like the guy, he has a show on history channel now the mind of a chef, its quite good, as his layover show.

His newest show is called "Parts Unknown" it is on CNN and the second season just started. Its really good.

I've been watching that via torrents, but, the link is mainly No Reservation there are a few Parts Unknown on there though.

Technically, she is Sardinian - who find themselves quite distant from Italian culture.

Bloody good they are, he's a very smart and talented punter.

I enjoyed the last series I watched him in, No reservations. Unlike a lot of other TV chefs he isn't up his own arse. very laid back approach to life so will have to check out the latest one. Cheers

That's because he wasn't a 'celebrity chef' he was more of a hack, mostly a junkie line cook, before running the kitchen of a decent French Bistro - Les Halles. I liked a couple of his books "Bone in the Throut" & "Gone Bamboo" before he got famous w/"Kitchen Confidential".

I love his No Reservations shows, he seems to mix the food and the history of the place all together really well. Watch the one he does in Bordeaux - he does like his vino!!

It was cool to see his show where he spent some time in Chiang Mai and see him eating in 2 restaurants I regularly go to, Jok Sompet and Aroon Rai,

I cant imagine Nigella Lawson would stop eating long enough for some one to Shag her.........but Id like to try.
