    Samsung Galaxy Camera (EK-GC100)

My camera needs replacing. I've looked at some but keep getting drawn to the Samsung Galaxy Camera (EK-GC100). I'm not the sharpest knife when it comes to new technology. So I need some assistance please. Will it work in Thailand ?

if ever in doubt or simply want to check if it is compatible easiest is to jump onto siamphone.com and check the specs on the Thai models.

It's a lot of money that, just for having the Android gimmick.

the image quality you get from this camera is comparable to Samsung's $100 low-end digital cameras (e.g., the ST76)
Build quality is poor. The shutter button fell off after a couple of weeks of use

It all depends who/where you buy from. Thailand is selling at 6,000 Baht plus of the cheapest if you are prepared to compare.

    Crap.

Speed 2,000 more and buy a Canon - you won't regret it.
