i dont like the song, so all the versions suck ass in my opinion.
As far as I'm concerned, Mott the Hoople own that song.
Madness never did cover it, my mistake.
I was about to say Bowie because I liked the live Ziggy version where he screams out, '"YOU'RE NOT ALONE", but I think this is from Rock and Roll Suicide....I'll have to look it up now, hold on....Yes it is.
