I'm now a bona fida Youtuber

I've finally joined the 21st century and become a bona fida Youtuber. I've never had the need or desire to upload anything on youtube before and I always guessed it would be a lengthy brain zapping affair. Just gave it a go and it's easy and only took 5 minutes. (ten if you include my award winning movie making) Now where did I put those naked videos of the ex.

It would make music threads a lot more interesting if we used our own music sometimes that we can't find on youtube. There is a lot of serious music lovers on TD it would seem. Have there ever been any threads before where people have added music from their own collection? I'm thinking of covers and rare versions of songs etc. Could be fun.

No wonder there's so much shit on Youtube, it's even quicker when you know what your doing. Not sure how many times I should use the same "A Tribute to Egg Sandwiches" video before I need to make another one though. Making a new one each time could be a bit tedious. I'm thinking about 200.

When I think of an egg sandwich I get an image of 2 standard bland and pasty white slices of bread, with a sliced boiled eggs or two as the filling.
Such a beast would be used to stink out a works canteen ,when the eater hated his workmates or as an especially effective counter pong when the said eating establishment have been invaded by Pakis eating tupperware containers of smelly curry.

Have the times now changed ,and does the definition of an egg sarnie now include a toasted version and what looks like an all-day-breakfast encased in a onion bun ?

Good idea sharing rare music with your fellow earthling even better why not use some FLAC copier and add it to a torrents site .

^ my mum used to stitch me up with smelly boiled egg sangers when I was a nipper. Got shit loads of grief for it. To me mate an egg sandwich has to be fried simple as. Whether toasted or not or with bacon is simply a matter of choice. Or of course you can have poached eggs on toast, a perfectly respectable breakfast, but boiled eggs should be avoided unless perhaps on a picnic or at a posh garden party.

Anyway, back to the music. Although I've been ofay with downloading torrents for many a moon, the only time I investigated uploading them ended in confusion and me giving up rather quickly. I will have to look in to it again.

I used to do this thing a long time ago where shit loads of people all shared a Google mail account that they set up specifically, then we all sent music to each other in emails. The way google mail stacks the messages and has a built in music player made it really effective. If you wanted it you could download it, if you didn't you just deleted it. Like you say, Torrents would be easier though.
