    I have many I like.

    But not one, favorite.

I too, saw Slow Hand live and was blown away by him.

I went to see him with Dave^^ and must agree it was a fantastic show. Slowhand at almost 57 has lost none of his magic. Incredible guitar riffs !

I saw Clapton with BB King so many years ago I couldn't tell you the date -- I do remember it was a New Orleans club date.

Best band overall -- Rolling Stones.

Agree Les - The bones still rock !! Hard to find many "legends" still around. U2 of course but not too many more.

I LOVE dub reggae, hip-hop, jazz, & some classic rock.

The artists vary, but I love Madlib, Marley, The Who, the Beatles, Bowie, Coltrane, Davis, King Tubby, Tribe, Mos Def, too many to list!

I think it's safe to say that we all have far too many to list, it would be far easier to list our 'current favourites' or music that we don't like, for example that pretentious, oddball fucking eskimo - Bjork.

There was a time I would have pledged a lifelong allegiance to 80's band MADNESS, but they have lost any popstar quality they had and are so bland and normal in reality that re-living their 'nuttiness' just comes across as rather sad. I think they should call it a day and stick to what they are best at, being middle aged dads.

I also found them a little dissapointing live in that they pretty much stuck to the greatest hits, appealing more to the masses than their die hard fans who know as I do that some of their greatest songs were album tracks and even the odd B-side.

In 2003 I finally met them and they are dissapointingly normal and not especially friendly, they proved finally that they are little more than an 'act' living off what were some of the best pop songs in British history.

However, this doesn't apply to all 80's hasbeens, Morrissey is cool as fuck these days.

Monster Magnet kicked ass, until the mofo overdosed last year.

Ministry is awesome, I wouldn't risk my eardrums in a live session, though.

Would love to be at a Turbonegro concert.

Kraftwerk is another one well worth seeing, or rather hearing live.
