And send some here because despite what disconnected-Jeff so often and so wrongly suggests, you cannot get Mutton here commercially. Lamb by the container load and every cut there is, but no Mutton unfortunately.

^Well not to the extent of Lamb, but I think there would be a market. The 2.37 million Indian restaraunts around Thailand would all use it (if the price was right) instead of the Lamb shoulder meat they buy by the ton from Macros.
