Though that bottom ingredient looks like something Pseu would post up.
Dinner this afternoon at Crossroads Nan, took the roast chicken special at 150 baht.
Seasoning or stuffing SKkin. Seemed to be a bread based stuffing mixed with some chopped vegetables and seasoned before being rolled into a log and I suspect cooked in hot water after being wrapped in cling film. Could be totally wrong about that...I'm a bit of a cook and a large menu away from being a chef, but that is how I would have made it. Tasted great, dense with a nice mouth feel. Dipped in the gravy it was the first ingredient on the plate completely gone. Again could be easily wrong, but I thought there was a brandy taste in it as well.
Crossroads Nan is one thing I'm going to miss about Nan when we move to our house in Pua later in the month. Although the wife declared today we would have lunch there on our once fortnightly grocery shopping trips. She eats off the Thai menu but can you imagine...she forgot to photograph her meal before eating it today. The shame...
^You a breast man?
No that would be the wife's collagen. No idea what the fuk it is supposed to do but 6 tablets every day keeps her happy.
Ah, cheap at 1/2 the price:
Your body naturally produces collagen every day. But over time, that production slows down. Collagen supplements are an easy way to add more collagen to your diet. ... Collagen has been shown to reduce wrinkles, keep joints strong and flexible, support strong bones, and increase skin hydration.
I suspect though it is just snake oil but as you say keeps her happy
So not an aphrodisiac then.....
^Nice
Yep, nearly went for a pork chop myself.
Opted for the Italian sausage and croquettes instead
Dilli con carne
^ Same as Chili Con Carne, but without the kidney beans?
Cheers for the inspiration, been meaning to do up a batch for the last 6 months.
