^ Tell me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you have butterflied the breast without giving it a good whack with a hammer (to tenderize and keep juicy), then added some chopped garlic too.

You have to insert the garlic through incisions because you'll just end up with burnt charcoal garlic bits as your pic shows.

    ...and skin side down first.

Not moaning, just giving some unofficial Bogon tips.

It was bought butterflied, we marinaded it in buttermilk, onion, garlic and Italian seasoning....no, we didn't flatten it out as it wasn't bone free.

Skin side was down first, but most of it came off during the cooking. The burnt bits are the remaining bits of skin.

I don't care for doing incision garlic thing with chicken as I feel it allows moisture to seep out, rather than retaining moisture, but that's just me.

^ Damn, a sensible and polite response.

This is TD, we should be fighting and calling each other names by now.

    Cheers.

^Doesn't look very appetizing to be honest Dill. Sorry.

If you're gonna go for that style of Pizza hit Hemingway's on a Tuesday, 290 Baht including a pint and both are quite tasty .

Pineapple on a pizza aint for everyone but that was seriously one of the best pizzas ive ever eaten.

San Domenico Pan Pan, on Sukhumvit, Na Jomtiem.

A lovely rustic garden setting, huge menu of Authentic Italian nosh and a massive dessert selection. Give it a try, I'm confident it'll blow your Hemingways pub food out of the water.

^No thanks, it's part of the Pan Pan group and I've been to their restaurant in Jomtien twice. First time was about 20 years ago, 2nd time was about 10 years ago (despite being warned NOT to by Jomtien locals) and there most definitely won't be a 3rd time. Maybe the Na Jomtien branch has better cooks, service, and food...

^That San Domenico Pan Pan gets better ratings than Jomtiem Pan Pan....... and your Hemingways.

Suprise shack/shed (really) Soi 21 off Boukheaw. Best Thai ribs (and cheapest) in town. Lovely Thai family running it.
