Pretty good. The skin on the chicken was nice and crispy, yet the chicken was still moist on the inside. I would have preferred more crushed blacked pepper on the skin, but the wife doesn't care for it.

The carrots were done up with butter and a sprinkle of brown sugar, with the tater slices broiled along side the chicken, then seasoned with a bit of fresh dill.

I'd give it a solid 8 out of 10 on the home cooking front.

It's the standard level of cooking here at casa CSFFan….nothing spectacular, but just good solid fare using Thai market ingredients.

David i couldn't imagine years without a roast, yes I'm going to sort my shit out when it comes to taking food pics....but it's so hard when it smells so good and I'm so hungry.

Pretty sure I said it before, when in China we quickly ended up eating at the muslim restaurants every time.

Almost every time, the exception was that scrambled eggs and tomato breakfast dish they serve.
