^^What is the two (or multiple) meat deal? Regional thing?

Can't say I have ever really come across it before, and seem to remember you posted one meal with three (?) meats a while back?

^^^Looks good! Assuming you're going to give the diet-plan Ant gave you a real go () you'll be eating a lot of dishes like that! for the foreseeable. Where are you getting your Salmon from?. I can recommend Friendship, they have a white styrofoam box with fillets cryovaced in a size that's good for 2 portions, at the back near the small-goods section of the wall-fridge. Reasonably priced - ballpark 500 Baht per fillet - and it tastes great!.

I'll just park this here as the sort of thing you might like to avoid for a while:
    Dinner-ls1-jpg

And add that you should reward yourself often as the weight peels off. Maybe a live show sort of night out occasionally will keep you focused:

Carn't beat a bit of Salmon!

Having a salmon and cucumber sandwich for my lunch, I won't post a pic as I don't want the wheels to fall of your diet wagon on day one.

Ok how did you find a way to not cook a piece of Salmon evenly?. Is that pan seared, but without the sear?.

Have you got a steamer, or an oven, and a toothpick?. It's completely impossible to fuck fish up if you do.

Ok we'll call it a nutritional plan being undertaken by a bloke that should be on a strict diet

Plain Greek Yogurt with a spot of honey drizzled on top, cold fruit (watermelon, mango, pineappen, oranges) or my personal no-cal sweet treat: frozen grapes. Run these by Ant first though, I don't want to be responsible for you turning porker

I call them chops, you call them chops, Villa call them Country Ribs....I think they call the boneless, much thinner versions, chops. As for building another... I doubt it. The one in the Avenue isn't exactly teeming with people.

I had a fully brekky yesterday morning, beer and crisps in the afternoon followed by a burger and wedges in the evening.

And I actually managed to lose a bit of weight!

All the food was cooked in the oven and I did 5kms in the gym earlier in the day. There is another way.
