^^What is the two (or multiple) meat deal? Regional thing?
Can't say I have ever really come across it before, and seem to remember you posted one meal with three (?) meats a while back?

...^if you're tempted, try a steaming mound of turducken...
Did you not cook the potatoes before serving them?
Fuckin Robertson

Admirable restraint Dill.
...^^a squeeze of lime and dinner is ready...
^^^Looks good! Assuming you're going to give the diet-plan Ant gave you a real go () you'll be eating a lot of dishes like that! for the foreseeable. Where are you getting your Salmon from?. I can recommend Friendship, they have a white styrofoam box with fillets cryovaced in a size that's good for 2 portions, at the back near the small-goods section of the wall-fridge. Reasonably priced - ballpark 500 Baht per fillet - and it tastes great!.
I'll just park this here as the sort of thing you might like to avoid for a while:
And add that you should reward yourself often as the weight peels off. Maybe a live show sort of night out occasionally will keep you focused:
August 18th eh? Cheers
The salmon was on special in Tops, 3 hundred and something baht, i didnt cook it evenly, luckily you can eat that raw
I am... Dont let him hear you say diet!!!! and I could eat what you've had for dinner, theres no real restraints apart from portion size. So i could have a couple of mouthfuls
Its the sweet tooth i have to get rid of, but i hear dates and blackberries are good, althougb 215 baht for 115 gms of blackberries in Tops today and that coonta CCC is stamping on the things
^ look like Pork Chops
Is it true they're building anouther Villamarket in Patts?
No worries, enjoy!. I'd be there myself but that sock draw won't sort itself out....
Ok how did you find a way to not cook a piece of Salmon evenly?. Is that pan seared, but without the sear?.
Have you got a steamer, or an oven, and a toothpick?. It's completely impossible to fuck fish up if you do.
Ok we'll call it a nutritional plan being undertaken by a bloke that should be on a strict diet
Plain Greek Yogurt with a spot of honey drizzled on top, cold fruit (watermelon, mango, pineappen, oranges) or my personal no-cal sweet treat: frozen grapes. Run these by Ant first though, I don't want to be responsible for you turning porker
I had a fully brekky yesterday morning, beer and crisps in the afternoon followed by a burger and wedges in the evening.
And I actually managed to lose a bit of weight!
All the food was cooked in the oven and I did 5kms in the gym earlier in the day. There is another way.
Light, simple, tasty & healthy. Good enough.
Wee snack.
Chicken Massaman Pie.
Lil Aye's were tastier.
Prawn Vindaloo with Bhindi Masala and Paratha.
'Pet' enough for the missus to need a hankie.
Result!
No pillau rice and pompadoms?
Good to see you're having a proper drink for a change.
Is that home made Ciz?
If so well done.
