We cooked this together tonight. Boneless ribeye marinated in several sauses and minced garlic. Sweet potato smothered in butter. Mushrooms and white onion sauteed in olive oil with browned minced garlic. Then some corn cut fresh from the cob, mine with butter and salt, fried rice and a pickle with a few olives.
I was so happy I offered to wash the dishes if she dried and put away. She replied you never did dishes before just leave it. I did them anyway.
Slap n dash.
Small plates. No cheese or wine "allowed" on a Thursday. 8 Km to do in the morning.
