Panang Curry with Pork and Potatoes.

Just a quick bit of home made sausage, baked potato drenched in butter, asparagus, half an avocado with a few of Famous Dave's Devil's Spit hot pickles, Wasabi mustard and a splash of ketchup. Not to shabby, no complaints from.........the fish
