I could eat that every day! Love it. Let me know when you've had enough of her (cooking).

Roast Corned Beef is a fairly popular menu item here- hangover from the Brits I guess. Not the best roast but it hit the spot

^ Is this before or after they cooked the protein, starch and veggies? Looks rather anemic to me (apart from the protein).

More to the point, what the hell do you have in your wine glass? It looks like the mythical flower Bruce Wayne had to collect from the top of the snowy mountain n Tibet before he became Batman.
    Black diamonds? I shit 'em.

The gf made fur last night. I believe it's called pho in Vietnam. Not sure in Thai but it's noodle soup with all kinds of goodness added. Delicious is an understatement.

She does an excellent stirfry. Remind me to do a sausage thread for you. I'm sure you'll get a rise out of it.

    Fusion food tonight.

Tender Thai chicken breast on a bed of Korean Kimchi, sandwiched between two slices of English country bread, and topped with a TD designer label made with the world's finest Houses of Parliament sauce.

Crab roe... basically you are eating their eggs or soon to develop baby crabs. Bloody delicious. Just like prawn roe.

Kebab and lentil soup. Not gonna recommend the place even though it tasted nice.

Place was dead with 3 Thai girls bored and gossiping and some Arab lad with ear phones in doing the "waiting on" my cup of tea never arrived but it was on the bill until I pointed it out.

I've started doing sous vide chicken breast but in a jar in a bowl of water in the oven. 2 hours at 60 degrees.....melt in your mouth and full of flavour.
Could probably do it for less time if you start with hot water.

Miss Fish had a taste for shrimp egg rolls. If I ever find the time I'll post the recipe (If she'll let me).

The finished product. Not the cabbage roll you get at restaurants. So tastey and crispy with all the goodness you would expect in home cooking.

She doesn't mess around. She put the other 250 in the freezer so we can thaw them out a pack or two at a time and pop them in the toaster oven.

    That's lovely stuff fish...

Flippers do the same sort of thing, called lumpia. Don't freeze cooked ones, just pull out the uncooked and throw them into a bit of oil.

    For the dipping sauce...

50/50 soy sauce and apple cider vinegar, add a bit of chopped garlic and ginger.
