The cities of Colombia tend to be awash with money and the wealth is quite astonishing; I do wonder from time to time where that came from. I really do.
In general, the country is perfectly safe unless you're a bit of a nob, and it is one of the more pleasant places to live in the world, all things considered. The government is also on the ball with pensions and extra salaries each year etc. A very progressive country with absolutely everything it needs to be prosperous.
Now, to your main point: go to the clubs and you'll see that photo time and time again. . However, I'm a married man etc etc...
^ if I could get away from the wife, I'd be there in a nano-second...
Started makimg my own soups.
Chicken and veg simmering away
A piece of piss to make too.
Brought a kilo of chillies from Korat to work with me. The Filipino night cook made up some chilli and garlic sauce to liven up the bland Norwegian dinners.
Can't see it lasting a month though.
I won't be insulted like that by the bloke that has just posted the worst photo in TD history... Now, I'm feelin a bit bored and walking around, should I get an iPad pro or a new 13" Macbook or... &, I want another holiday, will the wife get upset if I piss off to Saipan for a long weekend??? Maybe Busan. Maybe Taiwan. I can feel a dynamic new thread coming...
Cycling should be banned!!!

I probably should have used some more water. Its all a learning curve

Looks good though. But where is the broth?
In that cloud of steam i think
Dill you are better off roasting a whole chicken then using the remainder for soup, get the flavour from the bones.
3 shrimp pad thai.
Will just order a plate of shrimps next time fok that noodle shit off.
I learnt to make soup from me mum. You start with a base which is best from meat bones. Beef soup, you get bones from the butcher and you roast the bones in the oven to brown them which gives flavour and colour and you take them and boil them as part of the soup - the same goes with Chicken soup, use what's left of a roast chicken, i.e the remaining meat on the carcass together with the bones - add carrot, onions and then what ever else you want. I always add Pearl Barley to thicken it as its absorbs some of the liquid and the grains are made for soup. Freeze down some left over tatters for when you make soup too and if you need to thicken it mash some and add them.
So in Thailand where a whole roast bird costs fuk all, once you've eaten most of the meat don't throw out the bones yet but use the remaining carcass to make soup - if it was me i'd freeze the carcass and when i had 3-4 that's when i'd make a batch of soup say 10 litres and that way you can freeze some of that.
