400 baht, not Osteria overpriced but yeah it was shit. I should have gone for the bacon chicken wings.

There was some nice ass though although I wont be sharing those pics after your red threat; you'll have to make do with the image of Mama's nephew bent over Tom's frosted almond fudge cake

The chips were shit but that potato salad was nice.

Was 120 baht cheaper than the Hooters too

Spent the day doing up a batch of slow cooked jalapeno chili con carne, so whipped up the main mrs a creamy white wine salmon and champignon farfalle while there.

Now that looks great Lu Lu.

I'm slumming it with one of the wife's Madras Curries and Pilau rice.

Delicious though. One of the best I have ever had.

You might be surprised as to the number of those who think they know this and that about food, less what and what might not be healthy - usually know fuck all. Just repeating the conditioned line.
There is nothing unhealthy about consuming naturally occurring fat.
The statement above is an example fraction of their contradictory of knowledge.

    Spot on, Dills....

I am told there are 6 main regions of India which produce curries of different and diverse tastes with ranging spicy values.

My wife is in the process of nailing each regional taste and it just so happens Madras curry was on the menu.

In two days it will be a Rogan Josh and a few days later it will be a Jalfrezi.

I hope I don't keep you awake Cy!

^How exactly can anyone nail each regions taste without spending vast amounts of time in each region sampling the thousands of dishes that make up regional Indian food?. By reading a fucking book while in Pattaya?.

Oh wait, it's LC talking. Carry on.

Where can we buy these regionally inspired dishes? By now, judging from your bullshit, I'm guessing your wife is running a major operation supplying tons of restaurants and supermarkets with her products.

Could you let us know, again, where your wife's products can be purchased?

Something else you should be told is that claiming it is possible to replicate any huge region's cuisine in a product basically scoffed in two minutes after closing time makes you look like an utter buffoon.

Actually you numpty, the belief that ducks fat is somehow healthier is pretty much wrong. Go look it up yourself if you don't believe me.

Still, you might be an expert on whether it is easier to wash off plates......
