And for dinner we had a roast. I'll be eating off this for weeks, the roast as well.

The boobs aren't bad either.

That salad looks great. The pot roast definitely is not that healthy but why not, it was my off day.

Picked up a brisket to be made into jerky. Miss fish loves making jerky. She can pull off a mean sausage too.

This takes me back many years when my buddies got some white lab coats, had some rubber stamps made and headed to Louisiana for Mardi Gras. I wish I had the video as they made their way around giving grades. No shortage of gals willing to take the test I might add. What gal isn't proud of her glory given gems. Lots of fakes out there so guys beware.

Miss fish's jerky plant. It's only fair play to keep her in the loop lest she thinks I'm pulling one off to Smoochie. My Asus took to flight one night and I've yet to patch the plaster. The landing didn't go well as the wall was in the way. I'll work on the picks, she says cheers though her bare butt is off the table except for, you guessed it,

Call it brunch. She said your invited.

It's a 12 hour drying process followed by a quench in the deep fryer. The majority gets bagged before deep frying and put in the freezer. Then when thawed again it goes in the hot oil.
She says it great dipped in hot sauce ( jeou?) Dom bahoon, dom bit dang,sticky rice and my favorite, whiskey and beer.

If I drag a deer in she'll jerk it up and send me off with a bag to keep me going. It's the only way I'll eat deer now. Soaked in marinade and spices Simply the Best

Doing a salsa today. Salt and pepper to taste. The rest is on the board. I ran out of my favorite green onions so I'm trying these little ones. Wife said they are similar.
