    Nice, Top.
    Light and simple fare.

Jacko will be along shortly to extend his Michelin-style review and commentary.

The tuna was perfectly seared, nice and pink other than the outside sear.

The fresh dill on the chi-chi was rather nice as well.

    ^ Was kidding.

The name is clearly displayed on the plate, bowl and napkin.

    Cheers for the info anyways.

there's a website i stumbled upon, can't remember if it was on YT or twitter. it's one of those "quick video recipe" thingys. (of which there are lots of now.)
but this guy (american) is really good. his videos are usually under 7 minutes, normally not many "exotic" ingredients, and if you're not careful you might learn a few cooking techniques.
he's got a kind of a weird, lilting voice but he pairs it with a goofy sense of humor so it cancels out.
anyways...here's his website. his videos don't mention the amounts of the ingredients but that can be found on the blog of that particular recipe on his website. he easily has 2,000 video recipes.
