It looks more like mutton than lamb.

Reasonably priced NZ lamb shoulder can be had at Makro with waay less fat.

Your finished dish does look good though.

Yeah, probably was. Tbh, I'm so used to eating mutton that I don't bother asking these days.

Meat free now until the weekend anyway. Ah well.

    The Shrimp pasta looks tasty.

I would need at least three times the amount of shrimp though.

Peace be unto you. Have a great day!

Yeah, there's never really such a thing as too much shrimp.

I'm on a shrimp (calorie/macro) allowance though unfortunately. Will be having more for dinner on Friday though.

I don't do midweek pastas any more.

    Meat and vegetables only.

Sure. I'm just happy having 3-4 (usually 3 ) days off alcohol and stodge each week.

^Nice combination Ant. Never occured to me to do that but it looks like salmon and salsa are perfect companions on the plate.

They are mate. That pic was only for presentation though - what I actually do is basically mash the salmon through the salsa and eat it that way, pile great big mouthfuls in me gob with a spoon.

    As per the menu:

GRILLED GOLD LABEL BEEF TENDERLOIN WITH BEARNAISE SAUSE

    Price - 950 Baht.

    Landmark Hotel BKK Room service.

I refused to pay for it. Manager lady came & tried to convince me (in my loom) that my eyes were broken, and that was, in fact, a high quality tenderloin valued at 950 baht & cooked medium (even though it was brown throughout). Then tried to swindle & talk her way around me not paying for that shit.

Negative. I aint paying 950 baht for that. I rarely get pissed off about food in Thailand. This one got me & the managers swindling bullshit made it worse.
