EDIT, fuk knows what happened there, double post.

Dill, yep same same. Gets boring and even the self righteous feeling wears off toward the weekend when its a return to eggs and toast or some cooked brekkie before burying me face in beer and wine

Got some nice smoked trout which i'll do with scrambled egg for this W/E and see if i can post up to keep princess of me back.

PS, saw Blueberries in Villa and they were astronomically expensive here in iceland shops frozen £1.50p for 300g

Might start putting stuff like that in me morning bowl of single weetabix with 150ml of semi-skimmed organic virgin vegan milk.

Never really looked, but gotta feeling they make cashew nuts look cheap here.

Seems to bounce around from 90-160cm. Don't think that part of the Mi Fit is the most accurate.

175cm. I forget what that is in feet. 5 foot 8 and 7/8ths I think.

    Yeah, sorry but not dried

I think in Blueberries its the flavonoids you are after and freezing doesn't degrade these - its not the C Vit element which fresh is best for

What are the health benefits of flavonoids?

Flavonoids are among the most anti-inflammatory of all antioxidants, found in dark purple and blue berries and fruits.

Whop biscuits and gravy. I'd never seen them here before and thought I'd introduce the concept to the wife...

The gravy could have used one half tablespoon less flour....it was a bit on the pasty side.

    ^Less flour, more sausage.

^^ Blueberries very pricey here in the States too...WTF happened with blueberries? Are all the patches dying out the world over or something?

Seems like it wasn't all that long ago that they weren't that expensive. When I was a kid in northern Ohio, a farmer right up the road from us had a big pick-your-own blueberry patch. That patch is gone.

Might be warmer climate doing them in...I think they need a coolish climate to grow and produce properly.

    SKkin,

Its more likely that since they've been designated a "Superfood" their popularity has shot demand through the roof and supply either hasn't caught up or suppliers are using the opportunity to push up prices.

Now that's a good possibility too...

btw...speaking of that pick-your-own patch. Mom and Dad froze a goodly amount of fresh blueberries from that patch every year. Didn't seem to hurt them a bit.

Well, I'll admit, you're the expert on disgusting, especially with pictures that you've posted.

By the way, got any pictures as to what you consume on a regular basis? Probably not, as people like you only live to comment from the distance, rather than participate actively.

Keep on posting up old pictures, they're cool, admittedly. That's where you should keep your commentary as well unless you grow a pair big enough to show us what you eat.

To be honest, the "food" looks like just a notch up from pavement pizza.
