Hey Bobo nice stuff. Just curious but is that a pic of Freddie Mercury on the fridge? How cool is that, Cheers.

Could have eaten a horse after 1.5hrs and 200 balls hit at the range, but horse breakfasts are hard to find in Pattaya. Sports Lounge instead for the best breakfast 99 Baht can buy.

It's for sale and cheap, owner and his wife (who runs the joint) are expecting a baby very shortly. Fraser's is for sale too, Stewie and family heading for Oz. Two of my favorite places changing hands, I hope the new owners don't change things too much...

^ WOW ... BHT 99 ... beats anything I had for that coinage.

I'm usually happy with the BHT 79 @ Foodland on Suk Soi 3

^Took Lae Dee . The one at Foodland on Central Pattaya Rd must churn out a thousand covers a day, it's not uncommon to see people waiting for a seat and there's an army of workers in the kitchen that never stop. Tried the breakfast there once and that was enough though, way too many good options here that are easy to get to and we'll priced.....

What's the first ingredient listed on that Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce bottle bobo?

    I switched to this

    http://www.stubbsbbq.com/

    because:

Stubb prided himself on making the best barbecue around, and he knew that the only way to do that was to use nothing but quality ingredients. That’s why Stubb’s line of sauces, marinades and rubs are made right with quality, gluten free ingredients, and contain no high fructose corn syrup.

^What you don't see Katie is I'm a large guy who eats a breakfast like that once every 10 days or 2 weeks instead of having fruit or oats sort of thing, have done 30 mins of weights + an 8klm fast walk this morning, and will only have some roast chicken and fresh veg later in the day (and snacks on fruit) for my total food intake today. I can post pics of my oats with a cut saging and pulot on top but that'd be boring

^point taken. Still, you must have good genes to be able to take in all of that. ^^^ I can't eat that much pork or eggs anymore, as I'll get a headache afterwards - I have bad genes.

Are you trying to sweet talk me with your knowledge of saging & pulot? You might change your mind when you see me in my backpacker outfit - elephant pants & sandals (no socks).

Yeah, but you're not a guy that weighs 100+ kg who's body needs at least 2000 Calories a day for fuel.

Wot, no fluorescent coloured Crocs? . Not sweet-talking, just remembering having to learn a lot of Tagalog words quickly to be able to send House-girls to the market with shopping lists. The Tagalog names of things like fruit - eggs - vegies - meat are all still all stuck in my matigas ulo.

^Honey actually. I don't keep Golden Syrup at home any more because that would mean also keeping English Muffins and Crumpets in the fridge, which I'd eat like M&M's

A throwback to School days long ago and and old fave for brekkie today, egg & lettuce on a garlic wrap. Always enjoyed these.

^I tried some of that Aussie Cheddar from there that you raved about, would score it 287 out of 10 and I ate about half a kilo of it in 2 days it was that good. They're now advertising a mild and creamy Aussie Cheddar which they're also giving away that would surely be totally awesome too. I'm not game to go back there till that's sold out

Cheers. Will do up one of them, but definitely need some meat added.
